Boat Parade of Lights

Motorized vessels ONLY & ALL boats must have liability insurance!
Boaters must meet all U.S. Coast Guard requirements for running lights and safety equipment. Each boat
Captain is responsible for the safety of his/her boat and all persons aboard, not the sponsors.
Participants must abide by all established rules of navigation for International Inland waterways (COMDTNSTM16672.2A). The parade route crosses the Intracoastal Waterway & participants must yield to any other boats transiting the waterway & shipping channel & must not obstruct any aids to navigation.
A VHF radio is a mandatory requirement to participate in this parade, either fixed or handheld. VHF CHANNEL 12 MUST BE MONITORED BOTH PRECEDING AND THROUGHOUT THE PARADE.
Only registered boats will be judged. This event is $10 to enter with your registration form.
Christmas music MUST be heard playing from your boat as it passes the Marinas.
TIME & ROUTE: The parade BEGINS at the ST. ANDREW BAY YACHT CLUB promptly at 5:30PM upon instruction from the Parade Committee’s Fleet Captain. It proceeds past the PANAMA CITY MARINA for judging, on to St. Andrews Marina, and ending at Sun Harbor Marina.
